Dammit!

I've always considered high school to be a bad time in my life. Well not a bad time just not the best time of my life as experienced and expected by most. For the longest time I always felt high school sucked. I always preferred Jr. High over high school..I think I still do. That's besides the point. I am a music a fanatic. I love music. Music is literally my life. Music has the power to make me smile, laugh and even can be bring me to tears. All in one sitting. Creepy I know. Anyhoot I tend to go through like weird music phases. Some months I'm all about the 40s, 50s, 80s, etc... Lately though I've been all about the 90s!! I can't tell you how much I am loving this phase! The songs are totally taking me way back. Songs like Feel the Pain by Dinosaur Jr. and Nearly Lost You by Screaming Trees. Man o' man does it make me smile. Its also made me realize that I don't despise my high school days as much as I thought I did. To be quite frank I actually miss them. This so freakin weird coming out of my mouth, but so true. I did enjoy my high school years and with my 10 year reunion coming up in 2008 I might actually consider attending. I don't miss it that much but I've come to realize no matter what I will always be connected to these people. This year alone 3 guys from my class have passed. One of them has taken sometime to get over, but they all affected me in some way. Its so sad and crazy to see people you grew up pass. As a kid you never think of stuff like that. You never imagine anyone your age dying. To actually have 3 of your peers die within the same year can be tough. Anyway thats a different topic. I tend to that a lot go off subject. I just ramble sometimes lol.
